How we think
The standards move. So do we.
Value over novelty
Measurable improvement, not the latest model.
Outcomes over usage
Prompt counts aren't progress.
Practice over training
Capability comes from real work.
Sharing compounds
One breakthrough should help everyone.
Open integration
We build on the stack you have.
Humans accountable
Narrow permissions, review gates, a full trail.
